2024 Why do i get so angry over little things - When something big happens, I've noticed I don't get as angry. I get anxious, but not angry. I've been in major car accidents, have had people do pretty seriously mean and bad things to me, and I don't get angry at those. But when something minorly frustrating happens, I can't just get "mildly" annoyed. It's either rage, or nothing.
