Attendance: Mandatory. Would Take Again: Yes. Textbook: Yes. Professor Cunningham was a great guy. His grading was on the tough side, but he is extremely knowledgeable about the topic. There was basically only 1 class paper that we extended upon a few times.He also offers plenty of extra credit to make up for points lost on exams and quizzes, so make sure to take advantage of those. Overall a great class to take and isn't very difficulty to succeed in. Textbook: Yes. Richard Kaye is one of the most intelligent professors in Hunter College. His Victorian class was engaging, funny, and interesting. There is a lot of reading and he expects his students to participate in daily discussions, but that should be the expectations of every professor.Hurewitz is a great and passionate professor. I loved having him as a lecturer. However, he's not the one who grades your assignments. Your T.A. does. My T.A. was a very harsh grader and you really need to understand what you're learning.
