I stopped and checked the fluid levels and to see if anything was disconnected (Also checked the Gas Cap). I did not see/feel anything out of the ordinary. If the pressure is good then they replace the sender. You can do this yourself pretty easily. If you don't have access to an oil pressure guage you could replace the sender pretty easily and see if that fixes it. It is a Mercedes ML430 (2000).
