well, if Mekanism: Generators is in the pack, 9 times out of 10, that's the best energy producer in the pack. Kinda lame, but it is how it is. Fission and Fusion are lategame Mekanism. You'll have to get there eventually, but as far as the pack is concerned you can hold it off until the very last quest for all it cares.
