Achoerian imo I believe is the best. Star metal with durability kit I use for rock and iron. Any other special resource I use achoerian picks. Made from hardened steel and alchemical base need level 60 to get. Star metal is meh I have around 4k star metal bars because I never use starmetal for anything really.
