These are no longer widely available and I don't think they sell the DIY conversation kit anymore, so you basically have to get one made, or get a kit from overseas, and of course YMMV on the quality of installation going that way.

It won't work with native PS5 games as of now assuming you mean the hitbox brand one that uses a brook ufb PCB. Brook is trying to update their firmware so it works, but it's not ready yet. I believe things like quanba obsidian hitbox conversions will work though.
