Quite a few videos with out there with step by step instructions, if you search for P365 trigger installs. I just swapped out the SAS Slide Lock. It took less than 5 minutes. Everything reassembled fine. I thought. I left the SAS Takedown screw because it didn't bother me.

I learned that lesson when I would shoot my Sig P320. Sometimes on my 9mm, Sig P320, the slide wouldn't lock back because my fat thumb would be resting on the slide release lever. The 365 is a small pistol and the short recoil spring can be stiff until broken in. Put a bunch of rounds through it and it will start to loosen up. And the slide release will be easier as well. Use your support hand if necessary until it gets easier.The problem is that when I reassembled the slide to the frame, while holding the takedown lever forward in accordance with page 62 in the manual, the slide assembled onto the frame with no problems but I couldn't get the Takedown Lever to rotate back clockwise to its operational position as illustrated on page 64.Product Description.
