Many times, to get a contact dunk you have to blowby an opponent. When there's a significant difference in strenght, blowbys are way more frequent, you are even able to move the opponent.Strength itself didn't matter per se, but if you were shorter than a player, even 2 inches, you had no chance at stopping them in the paint.
