The most efficient way is with Itzal modded for max range, max efficiency, and sprint speed if you can. Any frame with loot detector aura and exilus mod is enough. Arcane Energize can help keeping energy up for vacuuming but is not necessary. The strategy is to follow a route and use 3 when you're close to the wisp.
